APTIM is seeking a hands‑on Federal Capture Manager to win strategic environmental remediation work. This senior role may be filled at Senior Manager or Director level based on experience and demonstrated capture success. The successful candidate will own pursuits from early qualification through capture, proposal development, negotiation and award, shaping opportunities before solicitation and leading cross‑functional teams to win contracts valued at $15M+.
