Job Description: Job Description We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to support commercial and residential construction, industrial facilities, and service and maintenance projects. Reporting to the Electrical Foreman, this role involves local travel for project assignments and offers an advancement path to Electrical Foreman.
Responsibilities: Install electrical systems and wiring for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Test circuits and perform electrical testing to verify system performance. Interpret blueprints and project plans. Ensure work complies with applicable electrical codes. Troubleshoot electrical systems and complete service and maintenance work. Perform panel upgrades and related electrical installations. Follow established safety procedures on every project.
Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance. Journeyman Electrician license. OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification. Experience with electrical wiring, code compliance, blueprint reading, and electrical testing. Experience with conduit installation and troubleshooting. Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
