Receptionist Part-TimeWe are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our Austin office. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent professionalism, and the ability to handle a high-profile client environment with discretion.Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and manage check-in/check-out via eWelcome systemIssue and manage visitor & employee badgesAnswer and route incoming callsHandle mail, deliveries, and FedEx shipmentsSupport meetings (lunch orders, reservations, etc.)Manage conference room schedules via OutlookUpdate employee distribution listsReport facilities issues through ticket system (CBRE)Maintain a tidy and professional reception areaRequirements:Strong verbal communication & emotional maturityProfessional, modest, and polished appearanceComfortable in a security-focused environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionMust have U.S. or Dual Citizenship and be eligible for post-hire clearance (CFIUS / Department of Treasury)Interview Process: 1st Interview Microsoft Teams 2nd Interview Onsite
