About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People & Culture to lead the strategic and operational HR functions within its multi-site manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR executive with a strong background in operational HR, a commitment to safety and compliance, and the ability to enhance employee engagement. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining a safe, compliant, and highly engaged workforce, and the VP will work closely with executive and operations leadership to develop and implement HR systems, policies, and processes that support the company's growth.
