About the role
- FULL-TIME Floor Tech positions
- Monday – Friday, with occasional OT available2 nd Shift (3:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
- Hourly Pay Rate: $21.06PAY FREQUENCY: Bi-Weekly
- Operates various types of equipment used for floor care maintenance, such as automatic scrubbers, floor machines, and wet/dry vacuums
- Performs preventative maintenance checks on all equipment prior to use
- Provides floor care, including buffing and burnishing on hard surfaces
- Provides floor maintenance, including but not limited to stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets
- Move furniture and other heavy objects
- Comply with all safety requirements and procedures at all times
- Perform other cleaning duties as specified by management
- Must be able to comply with and pass a federal background check as required by the contract
- Submit and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Have a valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle with current insurance coverage
- Must be able to physically move through the worksite
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods as well as stoop, squat, lift, carry, and push
- Must wear protective equipment, such as latex gloves and safety glasses, according to OSHA regulations.
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
