Position Overview:
The team has an immediate need for contract support. While the role's current responsibilities are well-defined, the team is undergoing organizational changes that may shift certain duties in the coming weeks. The core objective remains the same: providing end-to-end support throughout the customer sales lifecycle and serving as a key liaison between sales, customers, and internal business functions.
Key Requirements:
Experience Targeting candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal training Strong multitasking and organizational skills Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Preferred Background:
- Sales support, customer support, account coordination, or sales operations experience
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Strong attention to detail with documentation review and process management
- Comfortable managing customer onboarding and ongoing account support
Role Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Support
- Support approximately 3-5 Sales Representatives
- Primarily support the Inside Sales Team based in Westlake, OHMay occasionally support field/outside sales representatives
- Customer Onboarding
- Assist with onboarding new fleet customers
- Gather and validate required documentation, including:
- Banking informationACH forms
- Discount and rebate documentation
- Coordinate setup activities across multiple internal teams
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Daily interaction with:
- Credit Team
- Accounting TeamThird-party card companies
- Sales Representatives
- Fleet customers
- Contract & Documentation Management
- Review agreements prepared by Sales Representatives
- Validate accuracy of:
Dates
Pricing schedules
Contract details
Manage waiver letters and customer confirmation documents
Salesforce is used to store contract templates and attached documents
Ongoing Customer Support
Act as the primary point of contact after onboarding for:
Transaction issues
Pricing discrepancies
Missing discounts/rebates
General account support inquiries
Customer Environment:
The SSA supports two customer groups:
Primary Customers
Fleet companies and business accounts
Customers with whom sales agreements are negotiated
Secondary Customers
Individual drivers utilizing fleet accounts
May contact support for transactional or account-related issues
Technology & Systems
SalesforceStores customer information and agreements
Contract templates attached within Salesforce
Standard document templates used for agreements
No DocuSign integration currently in use
Business provides laptop to contingent worker
Work Environment
Team primarily located in Westlake, OH, onsite hybrid 60/40.Support is generally not dependent on time-zone alignment
Will work closely with local sales staff and internal business partners
