About the role

Overview As a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Engineer/Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll assist with expanding the water/wastewater practice serving clients in municipal and private markets. Responsibilities include managing project teams to deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects and directing and mentoring junior staff to educate them on design, system layout, project integration, and regulatory requirements. You will also be a key collaborator on project pursuits and proposal development and will take an active role in networking and client development. Key Responsibilities: Manage project engineering services from concept through construction Perform engineering design tasks on water/wastewater infrastructure projects Prepare engineering design Reports Direct discipline professionals and sub-consultants to prepare plans and specifications Procure permitting and project approvals Conduct quality control reviews on projects Pursue client management and business development opportunities. Qualifications 10+ years’ experience BS in Civil Engineering AZ Professional Engineering License (P.E.) Ability to speak and write professionally Ability to develop and mentor staff Ability to provide technical review of Water/Wastewater deliverables Ability to prepare proposals and manage project execution Ability to interface with clients, network, and develop business About Us We have experts!
