Need strong Data Analyst with Business Analysis experience Should be local to Tampa Bay area for hybrid onsite model On W2 only, strictly no C2CShould have strong Financial domain experienceJOB DESCRIPTION:The position will support business and data analysis activities for a large scale account conversion. Analyst will drive data analysis and data mapping activities for Mass Account Transfer (MAT) conversion. They will collaborate closely with Operations team and Software Engineers to map incoming data from a different firm to client's format and then feed it into client's systems. They will also provide reporting to the business and help keep the sequence of events on schedule. Technical Skills/Experience:- Ability to act as a liaison between product owners and technology implementers – translate technical concepts to business audience and business information to a technical audience.- Partner with team members, develop productive working relationships with other stakeholders, and maintain a client focus.- Clear and concise written and verbal communication, create effective presentations, and create technical documentation.- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Detailed understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).- Knowledge of requirements gathering, change management, risk management, and issue tracking is required.- Knowledge of software testing methodologies is required.- Experience with data analysis and data mapping is required.- Experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and SQL is required.- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., SSRS, Tableau) is preferred.- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite – Access, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word.- May occasionally work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends and/or have on-call responsibilities.
