Position Summary: The Structural Steel Fabrication Foreman is responsible for leading fabrication crews and overseeing daily shop operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise fabrication personnel Promote safety culture Monitor production schedules Review fabrication drawings Maintain quality standards Coach and train team members Collaborate with management and engineering Assist with workforce planning

Required: 5+ years structural steel fabrication experience, leadership experience, blueprint reading skills, strong communication and organizational abilities.
