About the role

Dynamic and creative, the remote Sports Booker will identify and secure compelling guests for OutKick shows, leveraging a strong sports contact base and maintaining relationships across various entertainment and political spheres. Key responsibilities Identify strong guests, cultivate relationships, and confirm bookings for all OutKick shows Develop and maintain crossover relationships with celebrity representatives, cultural commentators, and political voices Pitch segments and creative story angles to show producers while managing daily deadline turnarounds Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in television, digital video, streaming, sports media, or news production Extensive rolodex of sports contacts with proven ability to book relevant guests Strong working knowledge of the daily news cycle and cultural issues Proactive approach to securing guests and building long-term relationships
