About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, experienced painter to join our professional painting team. This position includes residential and commercial interior and exterior painting throughout the Lehigh Valley.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and patching
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Protect floors, furniture, landscaping, and surrounding surfaces
Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Complete work efficiently while meeting company quality standards
Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
Qualifications:
Professional interior and exterior painting experience required
Reliable transportation and the ability to report to jobsites on time
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying painting equipment
Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Spackling, drywall repair, and spray experience are a huge plus
