About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of contract administration, including preparation, negotiation, execution, modifications, and closeout
Develop compliance matrices and conduct contract kickoff meetings
Ensure continuous compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
Research and resolve contract issues; monitor performance against requirements
Serve as the authorized negotiator and signatory for contractual matters
Collaborate with corporate support teams, program staff, and Government contracting officers
Support proposal development activities
Maintain organized electronic contract files and records within Costpoint
Build and maintain effective relationships with Government contracting personnel
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Coordinate and attend meetings to establish program and contract requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
