About the role
This individual will be a part of the Fleet Compliance team and will support the day-to-day administration of vehicle registrations, titles, permits, and ownership documentation to ensure company vehicles remain compliant and operational. Responsibilities include processing vehicle registrations and renewals, managing title and Manufacturing Statement of Origin (MSO) requests, coordinating document shipments, maintaining accurate fleet records, and responding to requests from field personnel. The role will also be responsible for tracking compliance-related information in Excel, preparing monthly status reports, organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, processing ownership and registration projects, and assisting with transportation operations to help keep fleet assets on the road and available for business use. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage a high volume of documentation in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage documentation, filing systems, and data entry with a high level of accuracy. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, an ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and strong written and verbal skills. communication skills
Required Skills & Experience:
• 1+ years of administrative, office support, logistics, transportation, fleet, or compliance experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, V- Look Ups)
