About the role
Tempaper & Co. is seeking a highly organized Program Account Manager to support account management and workflows across large retail programs. Working cross-departmentally, the Program Account Manager will be responsible for implementing process improvements, managing program deliverables, and ensuring that timely deadlines and milestones are met. Account Management Oversee and manage operational processes supporting large and strategic sales retail partners Partner with sales leadership to ensure key accounts are managed efficiently and accurately Develop and maintain processes for account setup, product sku setup, product information, pricing, reporting, and other account requirements Manage cross-functional, cross-departmental communication between Sales, Art, Production, and Operations, to support major accounts Social compliance and factory audits – schedule factory audits, complete necessary paperwork, and communicate with third party labs Manage launch schedules and T&A timing. Help ensure customer and retailer requirements are clearly communicated and consistently executed Attend regular meetings pertaining to account and program deliverables and contribute strategic topics to support account management Processes & Systems Own and continuously improve operational processes across Art, Sales, and related functions as it pertains to large retail programs Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for automation, integration, and improved functionality Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, timelines, and documentation to create greater consistency and accountability Identify operational gaps and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce errors Manage systems for tracking projects, deadlines, budgets, deliverables, and responsibilities Reporting & Analysis Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into budgets, account activity, projects, and sku performance Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Prepare regular updates and recommendations for senior leadership Qualifications 7+ years of experience working with large retail, wholesale, or strategic accounts in an operational, cross-departmental role. Experience project managing Target and large retail programs a plus Experience creating and managing operational processes Strong understanding of business systems, workflows, and process improvements Excellent project management and organizational skills Knowledge of Net Suite preferred Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with business systems, project management platforms, and reporting tools Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Ability to travel domestically to support account management and line reviews as needed, twice annually
