About the role

Webull is seeking a licensed Customer Experience Representative in Saint Petersburg, FL to support traders across inbound phone and written channels and help them grow in confidence as investors. You will resolve inquiries end-to-end, explain trading mechanics, handle time-sensitive situations in compliance with regulations, and help train AI tools used by agents and clients. This role requires a Series 7 (and Series 63 or 66) and 3+ years in client-facing financial services.
