About the role

Experienced Flooring Sales Consultant You already know flooring. Come sell for one of Chicago's established flooring companies with strong customer traffic, estimating support, and professional installation. DeSitter Flooring has served Chicagoland since 1920. We have a strong following, plenty of qualified leads, and an average of at least 30 new leads per salesperson each month. We sell primarily higher-end flooring, which means larger sales tickets and stronger earning potential. Our highly automated sales and estimating processes help our salespeople stay organized, work efficiently, and spend more time with customers.
What We’re Looking For: Flooring sales experience Strong follow-up and closing skills Knowledge of carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl, and related products Ability to manage at least 30 new leads per monthA proactive, organized, and professional approach LaGrange & Glen Ellyn Showroom Hours Monday: 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday: Closed Salespeople receive one weekday off and may take one Saturday off each month. When taking a Saturday off, they work Monday through Friday, provided the store is adequately staffed. We are also closed on all major holidays. Compensation$60,000 to $150,000 per year, based on sales performance and experience.
