Support Project Managers with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks Assist in tracking project schedules, budgets, and documentation Help coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Prepare and organize project reports, submittals, and correspondence Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding items Assist with maintaining accurate records in Procore and other project systems WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS At KAR & Larrabee, our Project Managers keep complex mechanical projects running smoothly — and this role is what keeps them organized and on track. You'll be a key part of making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
