AEM Developer – Edge Delivery Services We are seeking a mid- to senior-level front-end developer to take ownership of an existing enterprise microsite built on Adobe AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS). This is a hands-on development role focused on maintaining the current site, building and refining reusable EDS blocks, and delivering steady improvements against an active backlog. The position is 100% remote and begins as a 3-month contract with potential extensions. 10 BOOLEANResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance an existing AEM Edge Delivery Services microsite. Build and refine foundational EDS blocks such as carousels, cards, heroes, tabs, and accordions using vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Support content authors using document-based authoring and AEM Universal Editor. Work through a prioritized backlog, clarify requirements early, and deliver incremental improvements on agreed timelines. Communicate directly with client stakeholders when needed to clarify requirements, review work, and provide status updates.
Required Experience: Mid- to senior-level front-end development experience with vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, without relying on frameworks such as React or Angular. Hands-on experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services in building or customizing blocks. Experience with document-based authoring, including Google Docs or SharePoint content flowing into EDS.Experience with AEM Universal Editor. Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and client stakeholders.
Preferred Experience: Adobe AEM certification. Experience improving Lighthouse scores or Core Web Vitals on EDS sites. Experience with GitHub-based development workflows. This is a remote contract with likely extensions.
