About the role
Content Strategist — Lemon Collaborative 📍 Remote | Flexible hours | 10-20/mo Lemon Collaborative is a boutique influencer management agency representing veterinary professionals, animal care creators, and mission-driven creators in the pet and animal-care space. We help our talent grow sustainably through management, strategic partnerships, and deal negotiations, all while keeping content authentic and campaigns sharp. We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Content Strategist to build and lead a brand-new content strategy service for our roster of creators and pet care brands. You'll need a strong read on the audiences these creators serve, and an instinct for what authentic, mission-aligned content actually looks like. Animal care industry knowledge is a plus.
What you'll do:
Own content strategy for assigned creators across Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube, building plans tied to each creator's goals, audience, and brand partnerships. Deliver profile audits with clear, actionable direction. Support creators through long-term brand deals, shaping content that works for the brand and stays true to the creator. Turn analytics into plain-language recommendations, produce campaign recaps that actually mean something, and build repeatable frameworks so the service can scale across the roster.
What you bring:
A minimum of 2-3 years in content strategy, social strategy, or creator/influencer strategy. A strong grasp of short-form performance across Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube. Comfort with Google Workspace and building process from scratch. Bonus points for fluency in veterinary medicine, animal care, or rescue, and for experience working directly with creators or talent.
Why you'll love it here:
You'll work with respected, mission-driven voices in the veterinary and animal-care community, in a high-impact role where you directly shape creator growth and a brand-new service line. Fully remote, with clear room to grow and a team that takes ethical partnerships seriously. Interested? Apply here: https://forms.gle/FhkvnRXHvnUQpg3t8
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
