We help customers by phone with their vehicle service needs. You'll answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, give repair updates and help customers get connected with the right person. No automotive experience is needed. We will train you! No cold calling. Customers are calling us because they need help. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls Schedule service appointments Give customers repair updates Answer basic questions Transfer calls when needed Enter customer information accurately Provide great customer service What We're Looking For You should be: Friendly and dependable Comfortable talking on the phone Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using a computer Able to multitask Patient and professional Willing to learn Customer service experience is helpful, but not required. Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–8:00 PM Saturday hours may be available for those interested. Why First Ring BDC?
