About the role

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician(Electrical) to join their team in Whiteland, IN.Pay Rate: $29 - $33/hrShift: 2nd Shift
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment, electrical systems, and building utilities. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and electrical components. Recommend equipment or process changes to improve reliability, quality, and performance. Maintain electrical drawings, repair logs, and spare parts records. Manage spare parts inventory for critical equipment. Work with maintenance and engineering teams to solve technical problems. Investigate recurring equipment issues and implement solutions to prevent them. Assist with the installation, testing, and startup of new equipment. Coordinate outside contractors working on HVAC, utilities, fire protection, and other facility systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Qualifications: Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.6+ years of hands-on maintenance experience required. Experience coordinating contractors for facility utilities and safety systems. Good organizational skills for maintenance records, spare parts, and reporting.
