Your new role The Administrative Coordinator is a short-term (4-month) contract position that provides administrative support to the Executive Administration team during a temporary leave. Working closely with the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO and the Interim Executive Administrative Assistant, this role supports day-to-day operations by coordinating meetings and catering, managing service tickets, monitoring shared inboxes, scheduling appointments, preparing and organizing documents, assisting with office operations, and handling a variety of transactional administrative tasks based on business needs and priorities. What you will need to succeed 1-2 years of administrative support experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills and customer-service mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, or office operations preferred Experience with Service Now or a similar ticketing system preferred What you will get in return You will gain short-term experience supporting an Executive Administration team in a collaborative and dynamic office environment.
