Position SummaryKaseya is looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Commercial Business team, a strategic growth engine supporting IT departments across organizations throughout North America. In this role, you'll partner with customers across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, SLED (State, Local Government & Education), and Channel segments, helping them simplify IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and drive business success through Kaseya's industry-leading platform. Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of a portfolio of commercial accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and maximize value across Kaseya's solutions. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer objectives and aligning solutions to their evolving business needs. Develop and execute strategic account plans, including regular outreach, business reviews, and proactive engagement to drive retention and growth. Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities while consistently achieving revenue objectives. Monitor customer adoption and engagement, partnering with internal teams to maximize customer success and long-term value. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account activity using Salesforce. Required Qualifications2-5+ years of experience in account management, new client acquisition or a relationship-focused sales role. Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive commercial outcomes. Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. A motivated, resilient and coachable mindset with a passion for continuous growth. Preferred QualificationsExperience selling or managing B2B SaaS or technology solutions. Experience supporting customers across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, SLED or Channel segments. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage forecasts and account plans.
