About the role

Cypress Healthcare Partners, LLC, based in Monterey, CA, seeks a hands-on Controller to lead its Accounting Department of 8–10 staff. The Controller is the senior accounting professional responsible for timely monthly statements, budgets, internal controls, and client reporting. This onsite, full-time role requires a proactive leader who will perform a substantial portion of the work, including month-end close, reconciliations, accruals and audit support, while partnering with Cypress leadership
