About the role
Kadlec seeks a board-eligible or board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joints to join a high-volume practice in Richland, Washington. This full-time role is based at the Swift clinic and benefits from a strong hospital partnership and a collegial, team-oriented culture.
The position offers a mix of outpatient clinic and dedicated surgery time, a 1:4 call rotation and generous CME allowance with paid time off.
