Full Stack Developer

Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly required to start

Salary: $210K to $225K We are seeking ahands-on Full Stack Developerto join a high-performing technical team supporting mission-critical applications. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who enjoys writing code, solving complex technical problems, and contributing to architecture and technical direction while also providing team-level leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across both front-end and back-end development, with a particular emphasis onPython, Flask, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using modern software development practices. Build scalable back-end services and APIs usingPython and Flask. Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications usingTypeScript and React. Work withPostgreSQLand other data systems to design efficient data models, queries, and integrations. LeverageAWSservices to develop, deploy, and support cloud-based applications. UsePandasand Python-based data processing tools to manipulate, analyze, and integrate data. Contribute hands-on code throughout the development lifecycle rather than functioning solely in a management capacity. Help establish technical direction, development standards, and best practices for the team. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other developers. Collaborate with engineers, technical leads, and mission stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment. Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Support the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required to start. Strong professional experience infull-stack software development. Hands-on experience withPython and Flask. Strong front-end development experience withTypeScript and React. Experience working withPostgreSQLand relational databases. Experience withAWSand cloud-based application development. Experience withPandasor similar Python data-processing frameworks. Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and modern development practices. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a technical team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience serving as atechnical lead, team lead, or senior technical contributor. Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other developers. Experience designing and building applications from the ground up. Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices. Experience developing solutions within a cleared government or national security environment. Familiarity with additional AWS services, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
