About the role
Proactively promoting a suite of AGCO products, the full-time remote Agricultural Product Specialist will support key dealers in Kansas and Oklahoma by providing exceptional customer service, conducting product education and training, and assisting with product demonstrations to enhance customer experience and grow market share.
Key responsibilities
Promote AGCO products to increase market share and support dealer performance
Conduct education and training on product offerings and technology for dealers and customers
Assist with product demonstrations and customer visits to build relationships and gather feedback
Required qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support in the agricultural industry
Experience operating agricultural equipment and knowledge of technology products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
Strong presentation skills and agronomy knowledge
