Job TitleStripe is seeking a dedicated individual to join their administrative business partner team.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be a critical part of supporting our People Leadership business function by offering administrative support to 2 leaders.ResponsibilitiesProvide complex calendar support for your leaders and, potentially, other members of their teamManage and book travel arrangements and process expense reportsMake recommendations to your leaders on time management, prioritization, delegation, and organizationOrganize and plan team meetings and offsites by assisting with the production of materials and pre-reads, taking notes, and tracking action itemsPartner with your leader to track key project milestones as well as progress against personal, team, and company goals and targetsEstablish newand improve existingadministrative systems and processesSupport the operations and culture of your leaders organizationAct as a trusted strategic partner and handle highly sensitive data with absolute discretionQualificationsWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.Minimum requirementsYou have 5+ years of administrative experience at a fast growing or large companyYou are exceptionally organized, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to executeYou have excellent time management skills and are able to quickly shift tasks and priorities as neededYou work effectively across various roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficientYou communicate, perform, and react well under pressure or ambiguityYou enjoy optimizing and improving processesYou are adept at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidenceYou are able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they ariseYou have experience in a high-growth technology startup
