Job Description: Milwaukee, WI – 91st & Fond du Lac Avenue$27.00–$30.00/hour⏰ Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator / General Laborer for its Milwaukee location. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience operating industrial or heavy equipment and is also willing to assist with general labor and day-to-day yard operations. Pay$27.00/hour starting pay$30.00/hour for candidates with maintenance and welding experience Temp-to-hire opportunity Equipment Experience Needed Candidates should have experience operating one or more of the following: Cranes LoadersMobile Shears ForkliftsJob Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment within the facility/yard Move, load, unload, and organize materials Assist the Location Manager with daily operational needs Perform general labor duties outside of equipment operation Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures Assist with basic maintenance duties when qualified Perform welding-related duties when qualified
Requirements:
  • Previous heavy equipment or industrial equipment operating experience
  • Comfortable performing hands-on general labor
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Must be comfortable completing some training in Kewaskum, WIMaintenance and/or welding experience is highly preferred for the higher pay rate
  • Location & Training
The primary work location is the new Milwaukee facility near 91st & Fond du Lac Avenue. Some initial training will take place in Kewaskum, WI, so candidates must be willing and able to travel there for training. If you have experience operating cranes, loaders, mobile shears, forklifts, or similar heavy equipment, we want to hear from you!
