Description:
CEC is seeking dependable, motivated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are willing to learn. Previous electrical, apprenticeship, or manufacturing experience is not required—CEC will provide the necessary training. Schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PMOvertime and weekend work may be required based on production needs
Job Responsibilities:
Follow basic work instructions and established production procedures Measure, cut, and assemble materials Operate basic hand tools safely and correctly Perform basic math and measurements Complete hands-on production and assembly work Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions Wear required personal protective equipment at all times Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Candidate Qualifications:
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Willing to learn and participate in company-provided training Able to remain on your feet for most of the workday Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment Able to follow verbal and written instructions Basic manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Electrical or apprenticeship experience is not required Training and EquipmentCEC provides: Required internal job trainingOSHA 10/30 training, if required Forklift and scissor-lift training, if required Basic personal protective equipment Company tools needed to perform the job Employees are responsible for providing and wearing their own work boots.
