Project Manager – Strategic Operations5-Month Contract | Indianapolis, IN | 9/1 StartWe're partnering with a well-established organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact operational transition. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex, enterprise-wide initiative that requires strong leadership, organization, and cross-functional coordination. The engagement involves overseeing multiple business functions, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless migration within an aggressive timeline.What You'll DoLead a complex operational migration from project kickoff through final implementation.Develop and manage an integrated project plan across multiple business functions.Coordinate cross-functional teams while tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Facilitate executive-level project meetings and provide clear status updates.Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall execution.Ensure a smooth project closeout, including documentation, lessons learned, and transition planning.What We're Looking For7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.Proven success managing operational integrations, business transitions, or large-scale implementations.Strong leadership, organizational, and executive communication skills.Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Insurance or highly regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.PMP certification is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis for the duration of the engagement.Experience in the insurance industry.Engagement Details5-month contract assignmentOn-site in Indianapolis, INImmediate start availableOpportunity to lead a business-critical strategic initiative with executive visibility.
