About the role
Overview:
This position will be located in Bentonville/Fayetteville, Arkansas. The RFID Lab at Auburn University is looking for motivated, hard‑working, and detail‑oriented employees from various disciplines to perform RFID in‑store testing and audits. This position will primarily involve fieldwork at partner locations, including RFID tag audits, barcode audits, and RFID cycle counts.

Responsibilities:
Perform data collection tests to investigate the performance of large‑scale RFID deployments.
Tag items in a retail environment and then test with an RFID reader to determine the quality and readability of the tags.
Perform in‑store barcode/inventory audits.
Occasionally participate in in‑lab demonstrations and testing.
Occasionally travel to partner locations outside of the Bentonville/Fayetteville area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
