About the role
CMC is offering a development-focused program within its manufacturing and construction reinforcement divisions in Texas. You will rotate through Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, and Emerging Businesses while applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and related tools to improve safety, quality, and cost.
You will analyze data, tackle process inefficiencies, and participate in field roles to gain hands-on experience with large-scale production systems and equipment, while training under experienced teams.
