Receptionist (Bilingual Required)We are seeking a friendly, energetic and organized individual to join our team as a Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations. Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming experience. Answer and screen incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments. Assign and schedule inspection appointments efficiently. Continually monitor and respond to e-mails for incoming customer inquiries. Accurately enter and update customer information in the database. Conduct employee intake processes, including onboarding documentation and communication. Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred. Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
