Homecastr is seeking a Founding Geospatial Machine Learning Engineer to turn our physical development model into rigorously validated, production-ready spatial forecasting and scenario capability. You will design, train, and deploy forecasting models across parcels, buildings, neighborhoods, infrastructure, and regional indicators.
