About the role

AP/AR Clerk opportunity with a stable, established organization offering excellent benefits, a great team environment, and a role with plenty of variety! We’re looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives on accuracy, organization, and keeping things moving. You’ll take ownership of Accounts Payable for the primary operation and Accounts Receivable across multiple divisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and weekly checks
  • Handle GL and vendor coding
  • Reconcile vendor and customer statements
  • Maintain vendor records and AP files
  • Assist with 1099s and account analysis
  • Partner with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of office experience
  • Strong Excel/MS Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • D365 experience is a plus
