The successful candidate will be instrumental in connecting the dots across the complex and massive portfolio, leading ad hoc projects, and advocating for the amplification of initiatives. This role requires a strategic and analytical individual with a pragmatic approach to execution, who can question the status quo and bring new perspectives to the leadership team. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the VP and the leadership team to define objectives, ensure resources are aligned with the most impactful initiatives, and manage the agenda for executive meetings and offsites. An MBA is preferred. The role demands the ability to influence without authority, exceptional program management skills, and a talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for driving internal executive communications, managing project priorities, and working cross-functionally with various teams to execute strategic projects. Distinctive problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to facilitate complex meetings and partner across multiple functions in the organization. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
