About the role

IEM is seeking a Senior Facilities & Equipment Manager to oversee 800k+ sq ft of manufacturing, office, and warehouse spaces. This role reports to the Director of Facilities and requires leadership across multiple sites along the East Coast, with travel to additional locations as needed. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in facilities management within manufacturing environments, strong supervisory and budget skills, and proven ability to drive compliant, cost-effective infrastructure upgrades.
