About the role

ERMCO seeks a Site Manufacturing Engineering Manager to launch, scale, and optimize operations at the new Waddell, AZ facility. You will build and lead the site manufacturing engineering function, driving safe, efficient, high-quality production in a greenfield environment. Responsibilities include design, capacity planning, automation strategy, and continuous improvement, with collaboration with the Dyersburg, TN team. Travel to Dyersburg will be frequent during startup.
