Product Repair Technician
Position Summary:
Responsible for repairing faults in finished products by following detailed instructions based on prior diagnostics and analysis completed by the test technician. This role ensures all products meet quality and performance standards before release.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preliminary analysis of products to identify defects, faults, or performance issues.
Diagnose and repair faults found in finished products in accordance with established procedures.
Document all repairs performed, including root causes, corrective actions, and parts used.
Verify product functionality after repairs to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
Communicate recurring issues or complex faults to the test technician or supervisor for further

Consistently meet daily repair productivity and quality standards.
Perform precise and thorough pre-analysis to support correct fault

Proficient in using voltmeters and other electronic measurement systems.

Strong understanding of basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.
Region/Country Specific Details: Must be a US citizen or a legal resident; provide current residence address and driver's license. English-Spanish fluency preferred.
