You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the public voice of RHEI, amplifying our POV at the intersection of AI and human creativity, working with creators, showcasing creator success, and connecting with our community across platforms.As RHEI is a high growth company, you should enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, high change environment. RHEI has a remote work model which offers the best work life balance.Key Responsibilities:Create & Manage Content: Leveraging strong knowledge of AI to supplement content generation, own the day-to-day creation, scheduling, and posting of social media content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and emerging platforms.Shape the Narrative: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate complex value props into sharp, engaging posts that speak to creators, media companies, and execs alike.Monitor Trends: Stay ahead of industry shifts, creator economy trends, and platform changes to ensure RHEI is part of relevant cultural and business conversations.Community Engagement: Actively connect with creators, partners, fans, and stakeholders through comments, DMs, and mentions. Be our voice, and listen for opportunities.Analyze & Optimize: Report on content performance, growth, and engagement. Use insights to continuously improve content strategy and execution.Support Campaigns: Collaborate across marketing, sales, and partnerships to launch integrated campaigns that drive awareness, lead gen, and brand affinity.Key Requirements:2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in tech, AI, or the creator economy.Demonstrated success growing and managing brand channels, especially Instagram, LinkedIn and X.Exceptional writing skills with a flair for short-form content that connects.Familiarity with creator trends, platform updates, and emerging media behavior.Experience with scheduling, analytics, and social listening tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Buffer, Hootsuite).Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first team.Bonus: Design skills (Figma, Canva) or light video editing chops.
