About the role

Calico is seeking an experienced business and contracts professional to support external collaborations and internal research activities. This role negotiates a wide range of agreements and partners closely with scientists, legal, IP counsel, and project teams to align with program milestones. You will manage sponsorships, licenses, MTAs, NDAs, and MSA templates, driving efficient contract lifecycles while ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance across multiple collaborations.
