About Us: The Physical Therapy Effect is a patient-focused physical therapy office with two locations in San Diego's Little Italy neighborhood and North County’s San Marcos. Since 2013, we have been dedicated to being a positive ripple in our community. What does that mean? It means that person can then go out to coffee with their friends, play with the kids or grandkids, or return to their fitness class. Role Description: This is a full-time Orthopedic position at a brick-and-mortar clinic. Are you fun? Are you Quirky? Are you a PT Geek? Then you should look into our team. The next team member to join our team should love PT. We focus on Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Pelvic Health. You MUST feel the same way. We are looking for someone who thrives on connection, laughs easily, and knows the difference between “productive work” and “busy work.”Growth and mentorship opportunities - whether you want to specialize further, mentor, or move into leadership, we’ll make sure your career trajectory is more exciting than your friend’s sourdough starter phase.
