About the role
- Contact patients, answer incoming calls, and schedule or reschedule appointments in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and track patient enrollments, laboratory orders, and test results to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
- Investigate and resolve patient, billing, and pharmacy-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Support clinicians, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNPs), and Pharmacists, with daily operations and patient follow-up activities.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring accurate information and effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure continuity of patient care and service excellence.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- 2+ years of current or recent pharmacy or PBM experience
- Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NCCT, or ExCPT)
- Call center experience
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and maintain good judgment and accountability
- Demonstrated ability to work well with health care providers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
