You will drive accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while optimizing HR systems, reporting, and lifecycle processes. This role requires 7+ years in payroll/HR operations, CPP certification, and deep knowledge of payroll regulations, with hands-on experience in Excel and Power BI for data insights.
