About the role

Mosaic Health is seeking a Network Contracting Director to lead strategy, negotiation, and management of provider contracts across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and other managed care programs. This role guides a team of contracting professionals and partners with Finance, Legal, and operations to drive value-based care. Travel up to 15-20% is expected; location in AZ/CA/NV. Compensation range is $131,243–$236,238 with full benefits and base salary.
