Compensation range: 1,142 USD to 1,220 USD Monthly Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage intake overflow and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly Assist with case manager intake processes Ensure all records and information are complete and accurately entered into company systems Coordinate with internal teams to support case progression and client service needs Support early onboarding activities for new cases Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner Review, organize, and maintain client documentation
