About the role
A local education organization is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis to support a backlog of payroll and retirement reconciliation work. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Training will be provided on retirement reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities: Process biweekly payroll for approximately 200 employees using ADP Workforce Now
Assist with retirement reconciliations and related documentation (training provided)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and data entry
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and retirement
Provide administrative support to HR leadership as needed
Qualifications: 3+ years of payroll or related experience
ADP Workforce Now experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Strong organizational and communication skills
