CVS Health Corporation is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation while partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience configuring and optimizing WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion)
