Job Type: Part Time, Full-time

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls & emails
Handling billing and scheduling requests, program questions, payment processing, sales calls, and other various customer requests
Following up with customers regarding pending payments
Following up with customers regarding services performed
Maintaining an organized record of various call resolutions
Additional duties as instructed by management

Excellent computer skills (Outlook email, Excel, Microsoft Teams)
Problem solving skills

Call center experience (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to pass background and drug screen test (required)

Schedule: Monday - Friday
